FAQ’s

We understand that you may have many questions left unanswered and would love to address all of those here. Below you will find updates on current turn around times as well as answers to our most asked questions. • Q: What are your current production times?

Non-Personalized: All non-personalized products will ship within 48 hours of your order being placed. If you have purchased a non-personalized product along with a personalized item, you order will not ship in full until the last item in your order is ready for shipment. 

Personalized: If you have purchased a personalized item, please allow for up to 14 business days to create and ship your order.

Fundraiser Candles: If you have purchased a fundraiser candle, please refer back to the listing to view dates for open order time, production time and shipping dates. Each fundraiser candle has it’s own timeline and all info can be found on the listing itself.

Pre-Orders: If an item you have purchased is listed as a pre-order, know that this item is either currently on back order or we are awaiting arrival of this specific item into our own hands to ship out. You can find further info about specific shipping dates by checking the listing of the item you purchased.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to our high influx of daily emails we do not respond to emails checking on the shipping status of orders that are within production time and are not delayed or overdue. If you have not received a response from us, please check back to the listing of the item you purchased to view shipping time frame. If  for some reason your order is overdue or production is delayed, we will reach out to you with a status update. 

• Q: Do you still make memorial signs & memory boxes?

We are not making our wooden signs or memory boxes at the current time but do plan to open orders for these again a few times a year. If you would like to be notified of when they become available for custom orders, please sign up for our mailing list on our main page.

• Q: Can I cancel or get a refund for my order? 

Once your order is placed there can be no cancelations or refunds unless your item arrives damaged, is misspelled (by our mistake) or the wrong item is shipped to you. We will not refund or replace for spelling mistakes made by the customer (please double check spelling before ordering) nor will refund an order for shipping delays out of our control or due to a wrong address being provided by the customer.
